4. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and return are free in every area we serve. Scheduling is subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or building access restrictions.

Pre-existing damage, wear, or dye instability may become more apparent after cleaning
We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, manufacturing defects, or prior improper care
Our liability is limited to the fair market value of the rug at the time of service
Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
6. Unclaimed Rugs
Rugs not claimed within 90 days of service completion, after reasonable attempts to contact the owner, will be considered abandoned property and may be disposed of in accordance with applicable New York State law.
